Commonly known as RGB that can be:

– RGB sinc.
– RGB with H and V sinc.
– RGB with sinc. on green channel.

This type of signal completely separates color signals Red, Green, Blue and Sync resulting in a better definition for each color channel. The component video signal is never used for professional broadcast signal as it requires excessive bandwidth for the Green channel signal. The clock signal can be H / V (horizontal and vertical) or synchrony in the Green channel. A version of component video signal is YPbPr. This signal is known in the industry as Broadcast “color difference signal”: This signal extrapolates the green signal by subtracting the luminance channel (Y) the blue component (Pb) and red component (Pr). This enables the economic transmission of a signal component by reducing the bandwidth part dedicated to eliminating the Green channel.
